About Fly Fitness

Fly Fitness is an online life-changing platform for vegetarians & vegans, based in London and owned by myself, Mahesh Vekariya. Being a Iacto-vegetarian my entire life, I understand and appreciate the dietary needs of both vegetarians and vegans. By creating customised training & diet plans, I successfully help and support my clients in meeting their health and fitness goals, using the most efficient and proven methods. 

Having won several regional bodybuilding competitions and being placed in the top 5 in the British Championship for 3 consecutive years, I am well-equipped in aiding my clients to meet a range of goals. Whether this may be to gain muscle, lose weight, tone up or generally improving their health.

Being able to understand the challenges of healthy eating and exercising on a daily basis, I aim to coach you so that you are not only able to transform your body, but your mind too, making this a new lifestyle for you. As a coach, my core beliefs revolve around mindset, consistency and discipline. I will provide you with the correct training and nutrition in order to make transformations and to enhance your performance. 

My mission is to coach you in the best possible way to transform your body and mind. 

Health and Fitness Goals

To be the best version of yourself, you need to evolve everyday. This requires you to be a better person today, than you were yesterday! My training programmes will be tailored to your individual needs, taking you out of your comfort zone and challenging you, so that you are able to progress and meet your health and fitness goals. The training programmes cater for all levels of fitness, ranging from beginners who are new to fitness and strength training to experienced gym-goers. 

Nutrition

Your diet can greatly influence whether you meet your goals, by enhancing the speed at which they are met or, by even stalling them altogether. Eating a well-balanced diet is fundamental in fueling your workouts and in enhancing your performance during exercises. Eating the right foods, at the right times of the day, also have to be factored in. Therefore, it is with the combination of good nutrition and exercise plan, you will be able to transform your body composition, alongside meet your goals. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring or repetitive. Using creativity and preparation, you can make meals more interesting, allowing these healthy food choices to be sustainable in the long-term. 

Training

Having and following the right training plan, plays a vital role in meeting your individual goals. As part of the programme, you will have your entire training plan created in line with your goals; whether that is to lose weight, gain muscle, cross-lifting, or entering bodybuilding competitions. I will go into detail about the mindset that you must possess whilst training, methods that you can use to make training more innovative and how you can continue to see progress in your performance and results. You will receive continuous support to aid your progress and meet your goals.
